About Journeys

Uptime for features, not just endpoints.

A green health check cannot tell you whether a customer can sign in, finish onboarding, or complete checkout. Journeys can.

We watch what customers actually do

Journeys is agentic uptime monitoring for the flows a business depends on. You describe an outcome in plain English, a real Chromium browser learns the path, and Journeys repeats it on a schedule. When the flow stops working, you get the verdict, activity, screenshots, and recording needed to understand why.

Why it exists

Traditional uptime monitoring answers whether a server replied. That matters, but a feature can fail while every endpoint remains healthy: a button can stop submitting, a redirect can loop, or a checkout can reject every card. Journeys watches the complete outcome from the customer's side of the glass.

How we think about monitoring

Outcomes over scripts

Describe what must work. The browser handles the path instead of asking you to maintain selectors.

Evidence over noise

An alert should arrive with enough context to act, not merely say that something returned red.

Real behavior over synthetic pings

The check clicks, types, waits, and navigates through the same interface your customer sees.

Hosted and accountable

Journeys is delivered as one hosted service, so the product that watches your flows is also ours to operate.
